About Attica

Attica was named for the region of Attica in Greece. The land was bought in 1884 when it became the end of the Santa Fe line, and the town incorporated in 1885 with about 1,500 people. Many left in 1893, when the Cherokee Outlet land run opened northern Oklahoma.

got my 14ton box truck stuck, in the worst position 8 miles from any paved roads. roads were washed out. these gents drove a skid steer to us, since the tow truck couldn't make it out. got us out despite the angle of the truck. Kenny and his partner absolutely saved the day!
