About Milan

Milan was founded in 1880 and named after Milan, Italy. It is a very small town today, but it made national news in 2014 when a magnitude 4.9 earthquake struck about 2.5 miles east-northeast of town, in an area that had seen little seismic activity before wastewater injection increased nearby.
