About Yoder

Yoder takes its name from its Amish founder, Valentine Yoder, and horse-drawn carriages are still a common sight on its roads. The old Naval Air Station Hutchinson sat here and is now the Sunflower Aerodrome gliderport. Yoder Heritage Day is held every fourth Saturday in August.
